I was looking for assistance in transporting my 5 month old golden retriever puppy from Delhi to Trivandrum. We were not so sure about flying him in cargo or for making him travel all the way by road. Through a friend’s contact we got to know about Pet Relo. Mr. John had been kind enough to accept the assignment despite being last minute, he cleared all our doubts, literally hand held us till Leo was boarded on train along with my brother. He was very patient and kind throughout the whole process. Most importantly he loves pets as much as the owners do. I believe this is very important when it comes to pet transport as he looked into minute details that we would otherwise have missed out. He is very much experienced in the field and like I saw someone wrote in the past comments, Mr. John is truly a “one man army” in letter and spirit!!!

I always believe that when you desperately look for something, the right person just walks into your life. In the last one year, this is the second such person....the first being Roshni Mehta who pet sat Misty for 16 days when I was traveling to Japan. Out of the blue, John Joseph came into our life exactly one month back when we were contemplating our shift from Mumbai to Chennai with Misty, our Senior fur-baby, who has arthritis and hip issues commensurate with her aging bones. I have loads of friends from animal welfare and numerous contacts in Bangalore and Mumbai too who do excellent jobs but a Google scroll got me someone from Delhi!! I was literally shooting in the dark and I can assure you that sometimes it does work to shoot in the dark ......because we found a sensitive, compassionate and empathetic human who not only managed Misty but also her nervous, hyper parents! He insisted we shouldn't take the road and must do the shift only by train as it would be the most comfortable and stress free mode for her. All her life we longed to do a train journey with her but little did we know that it would be with so much of trepidation considering she isn't absolutely fit. But he told us he would manage and that is exactly what he did. She had to be carried in and out of the car, train and station but he travelled with us in the AC first class cabin and handled it all with a buddha like calm and confidence. We had an extremely delayed train to start with and a sudden change of plan mid-journey where we had to hop off at Hosur itself to take the road thereafter. But it was all accomplished with a smoothness and calm and composed demeanor that was impressive to say the least!

All in all a difficult mission, successfully accomplished, thanks to this One Man Army!
